Q:  What should I do to prepare for services?  

A: To help maximize efficiency we ask that you please pick up any items off the floor that don't belong.

Q:  Do I need to be home the day of the cleaning? 

A: Some customers prefer to schedule cleanings while they are at work or away, others like to be home .That is up to you, we will always provide a scheduled appointment. In some instances clients will provide/hide a spare key.

Q:  Do you provide the cleaning supplies? 

A: Yes, we come equipped with everything needed to clean. 

​

Q:  Are you insured?  

A: Yes, All Clean & Shine is fully licensed, bonded & insured with liability insurance to protect your home and to provide peace of mind. 

​

Q:  What if I am not satisfied with the service?  

A: We offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.

Q:  How do you pay for services? 

A: We accept cash/ checks/Visa/Mastercard at the time of service. If you prefer using a card, a number may be left on file with us to use for each cleaning.

Q:  What areas do you service?  

A: Reno/Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, Tahoe/Truckee, Minden and Gardnerville

Q:  Do I have to sign a contract?  

A: No, There are no contracts to sign.  

​

Q:  How do I know I can trust the people cleaning my home?  

A: All employees go through an extensive criminal background check. All employees are insured and bonded. We pride ourselves on the earned trust of our customers we have had for years. 

​

Q:  Should I tip my house cleaner? 

A: Tips aren't expected. However if you feel like they are doing a great job and want to let them know, why not.
